Staff Promotions at Boxwood Means

In light of the company's continuing growth this year (2015), Boxwood announced the following staff promotions:

  • Tom Mullins assumes the title of senior manager, appraisal operations and, as a senior member of the Boxwood team, now shoulders overall responsibility for production of our FieldSmart commercial evaluations and upcoming Streamline appraisal reports. He will also continue to deliver reports to clients with an emphasis on our new appraisals. Tom is a certified general appraiser in 30 states with 30 years of commercial appraisal experience spanning senior staff appraiser roles at several firms as well as a stint as chief appraiser at a commercial bank. He joined Boxwood earlier this year.
  • Ben Stephens takes on the new role of manager, FieldSmart operations with continuing responsibilities for planning, production and client support for our expanding commercial evaluation business. Ben has been a part of our FieldSmart operations since joining the firm three years ago.
  • Zachary Nussbaum and Dan Garvey are elevated to real estate analysts. Both Zach and Dan joined Boxwood as junior analysts in 2013 supporting FieldSmart property research. Zach continues to supervise our contract research team.
