Our job is straightforward: to deliver a reliable, timely CRE property valuation to you at a sizable discount to the cost of a commercial appraisal. We do that with Boxwood's series of FieldSmart Evaluations and USPAP-compliant FieldSmart Restricted Appraisals.

Trust that we know how to get your assignment done right. These property valuation reports are our core business, and we support over 300 commercial banks, credit unions and private lenders nationwide. All of our collateral valuation reports are produced by in-house senior analysts and appraisers with 10+ years of CRE asset valuation experience.

Please note that our FieldSmart Evaluations and Restricted Appraisals are suitable for primary and secondary property types typically under $5 million in value and represent either income-producing or owner-occupied assets. More complex properties involving, e.g., multiple land uses, highly specialized uses, and/or diverse rental income streams, may be best valued with a full appraisal from another supplier.
